 My sweetheart (soon to be wife) will be coming back from an extended visit of family and friends (stupid tourist visa) and I want to give her a surprise green romantic welcome and  I stress the word "romantic" not "sleazy" even thou we are both climbing the walls if you know what I mean... ;)

 

She likes bubble baths, massages, classical and new age music, and you know.... blush blush

 

Any suggestions would be great!  Thank you in advance!! :)

Soy based Massage Oil Candles!  Beautiful scents, nice and warm massage oil, romantic candlelight, all from just one thing!  I love them, I got one from a friend of mine who hosts pleasure parties, but you can find them at lots of different places, depends on whether or not you have time to order online or shop around at different stores...there are tons of varieties to choose from!

 

Forgot to mention a nice loofah scrub before the massage is always nice.  Like in those fancy bath houses where an attendant comes in and gently exfoliates your skin with a loofah, that could be nice to do for her, she gets to relax and share a nice moment with you.

Haha, I literally just read a post on Feelgood Style about candles like this!

 

Well here’s a romantically green item that is sensually wonderful and eco-luscious…the Scandle Body Candle. If you are like me you are probably wondering what the heck a body candle is. Before coming across this wonderful product I had no idea either. The Scandle candles burn cooler than regular candles, at just two degrees above body temperature, so as they melt they produce an oil that can be used for massages, manicures, pedicures, or body moisturizer.

 

And if you're looking to loofah in some bubble bath, we have a few organic bath salts and organic bubble bath listed here.  I don't have personal experience with any of those products, but I do like other stuff from Brittanie's Thyme.

Lola - (O '  ' O)  Oh mine I think my girl will instantly be your best friend.  LOL  Thinking about making a fun gift basket with these.  ;)

 

srj0385 - Oh yeah, soy candles for sure.  All around the tub, and bathroom Also, thinking about a path of candles into the bedroom with organic petals too.  Loofah in the tub is great... ;)

 

Deej - No problem, any advice from anyone is welcome.  It's just that most guys don't like to talk about this.  Your surprise was great and imaginative.  I just might have steal part of it.  ;)

 

Stins - My bebe loves those candles... :)  One bad thing is that she gets so relaxed that she doesn't want to move and falls asleep.  hahahaha....  I'm definitely going to check those site out too.

 

Thank you all!!  :)  I'll definitely take a lots of these into consideration and let you guys know what I came up with.  Maybe after we can start a book on Green romantic ideas.  :D

One thing I did not see mentioned was flowers. Instead of buying roses that will die in a day or a week most places sell small potted plants still flowers but last as long as you take care of them and like all plants they will improve your indoor air quality.

However if you really want a bouquet I find that wild flowers from a Field put together nicely work just as well as some store bought bunch and show your significant other that you took extra time to find flowers and make a bouquet.

Thank you all for all the products and ideas.  :)  I went with the organic salt/bubble bath, organic mini horderves and chocolates (made from scratch), new organic sheets (very soft and durable), Potted herb plants, organic soy candles and oils, organic lavender massaging oil, organic massaging wax candles, organic lubricant and non-organic condoms. Took two sick days off work.  Enuff said... :)  I'll be updating my product list soon. :)
