including all i ever wanted to know about the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation. looks good-ish for me here in u.k., the slowing of the gulf stream will partially offset the warming. not good for growing in the south west u.s.

The American southwest is definitely in big trouble.  They've already been in an extended drought for about a decade, and can expect it to persist basically indefinitely.  There's going to be a big battle over water from the Colorado River.

 

The USGS also agrees that the IPCC significantly underestimated the sea level rise over the next century.  This seems to be the consensus recently.

i live at 200 metres. ive been looking for land for 4 years now. wont consider anything below 50m or less than 5 km from the coast....
