We're very fortunate to add greenUPGRADER to our roster of Featured Blogs. Their writers do a fantastic job of finding fun/interesting/irreverant advancements in the greening of our world.
What's interesting about the greenUPGRADER implementation is that now, when we tag the posts from gU on our Featured Blog Page, the tags we assign will actually change the text of the link on gU site.
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH, AHHHHHHHHHHHH, OHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" says the Huddle in unison.
What I mean is that if he puts his blog post in the category "Electric Cars", then it will come into Huddler and be automatically tagged with "electric-vehicles" by Huddler and there will be a link in his post that says, "See peer reviews of Electric Cars in the Green Home Huddle."
But say that when we read the post, we realize that it's actually about the Tesla Roadster and not just electric cars in general...well, if we then apply the tag "2008-tesla-roadster-coupe", then the link on the gU page changes to say "Read 2008 Tesla Roadster reviews in the Green Home Huddle." Pretty cool methinks.
If anyone has spent a few minutes on our featured blog page, we'd really appreciate any feedback. We'd like it to be a central hub where you can quickly see what's going on around the Green web. We're actively pursuing other great site partners - so stay tuned. Thanks for any feedback!
