All cookies are made with two kinds of flour: organic wheat and organic barely. The classic cookies, Colossal Chocolate Chip, Explosive Espresso Chocolate Chip, Luscious Lemon Poppy Seed, Peanut Butter Persuasion, Phenomenal Pumpkin Spice, and Outrageous Oatmeal Raisin with Walnuts,are made out of organic wheat flour and non-hydrogenated margarine. Snickerdoodle and Mac the Chip are made out of organic wheat flour.
My favorite is the Peanut Butter Persuasion!!!! I absolutely love it!!!! Another good one that I enjoy eating is the Phenomenal Pumpkin Spice!!!
Also, the reason why I enjoy eating these cookies is because their are no dairy, eggs, artificial ingredients and hydrogenated oils.
