I want to say thanks to everyone who has been contributing on the site. I think the quality and breadth of content is getting better and better. All along we have said that our vision is to unite enthusiasts and help to disseminate great information to the masses. In a very exciting piece of news, Yahoo! has taken notice.
Not sure if anyone has seen it yet, but this week Yahoo started re-publishing selected wikis on Yahoo! Green. We built a custom feed for them so that as the wikis are updated, we get notified of the changes, make sure that it's an actual change and not some internet vandalism, then we push the update to Yahoo.
The love the idea that a group of people collaborated on the content and that it can be kept fresh. Our goal with the program is to get our brand out there a bit and get some links back so that we can bring in more passionate people to make the community even more vibrant.
