As revealed in its Candidature File, Tokyo 2020 estimates that its city will attract sponsorship totalling more than $930 million through its local sponsorship and official suppliers. In 2012 Tokyo hosted the headquarters of 48 of Fortune’s Global 500 companies, more than any other city.
