Campsite shower on a river what soap can be used

I am new here, and the search doesn't work well for helping me out.

I have a question about water safe soaps/shampoo's. I am looking for a product that is safe for a lake/river. I am hosting a camping trip for about 35 people and the shower we will all be using is pumped and returned to the lake (primitive site so no access to showers with better draining).

I know the leave no trace rule of thumb is 200 ft from the water, but this isn't an option. Do you know of a product that can help me and more importantly mother nature? I know if I don't offer a better choice my fellow campers will be reaching for the normal soaps to use. And sadly it is not an option to not have a shower there or to move it away from the edge of the water (will be sitting about 20' from the edge).

Thank you for your help.

HI! Yes, I know of a product you can use that will not leave toxins in the water. It is called Petra Naturals Soap Nuts. Soap nuts are a dried berry from India, thats it. They use it for washing everything, from laundry to hair and skin, to windows and dishes. Amazing product, rinses clean with much less water and does not contain, nor leave behind any chemical or toxin residue. If you are interested, here is a link to the product
