Who are the people forcing us to buy gasoline we do not need?

First please remember that we live in America - not China nor North Korea. According to the law and the Constitution, we are supposed to have a choice how we spend our own money. But according to this link, all of our energy choices are deliberately being limited in a way to make us buy more and more oil ,even though other technology has not only been available since 2006, but is actually being used by a select group of people - The U.S. Navy, NASA, and The U.S. Air Force. If our tax money paid for this technology development don't you think we should at least be allowed to use it? What is your opinion as to which is more important...National Defense or Environmental Rescue?  If you think the environment should be our priority, please send this link to everyone you know. Please & Thank you.

Did you guys see this?  It just hit the net. I can't believe these as*holes get paid with our tax dollars to screw us over like this.

I'm not sure who would lose more,, Big Oil or the U.S. Treasury Department.

I think the U.S. government has a lot to lose as well - about $20 Billion per year in fuel taxes. Read what this former DoE employee has to say here http://now-you-know-the-truth.blogspot.com

Hello friends... I have been away dealing with some health issues but have been following up on the technology suppression and discovered that the new Mars Rover (Curiosity) is being powered by one of these Thorium Plasma Batteries that Uncle keeps hiding from consumers. But I've been thinking about the "Why?" part of this problem and I think I found the real issues...

If this battery were made available to automakers, home builders, etc. there would be no more metered energy and the "razor blade" sales are eliminated. There would only be a one-time profit when they sold the battery (the razor handle). The second problem is the Chinese and Russians would immediately grab and copy the technology for their military applications and America would immediately lose any military advantage we might have now.

Personally, I can now almost agree that maybe Uncle can justify hiding this technology so well - but only for reason number two.
