Inventor Creates Plasma Battery That Lives Longer Than People Using Thorium

Perhaps, a free and open government, like what was promised by the current WH incumbent, might be the number one issue for the 2012 Presidential & Congressional election!

I agree glow, they are deliberately keeping this under wraps.  I just found this link which leads to even more links that makes my blood boil. I cannot believe people are not outraged by this cover-up. I mean coal plants and gas stations would both be endangered species right now - if not already extinct!  I think we should send private messages to everyone in every green forum and spread the word about Thorium plasma battery technology and forward some links to them like yours and this one... http://open.salon.com/blog/green_energy_reports/2012/04/15/censorship_-_the_only_reason_we_are_still_addicted_to_oil  Can you say "Collusion"?
 

 

 

Well as an observer of American politics I would not have big hope for that...

 

And about green technology suppression I think it's mostly due to short-term perspective (read: till next elections) of most governments and still higher costs (in comparison with fossil fuels).

Besides I think that many governments (especially in countries which don't have fossil fuels -e.g. Germany see ---> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renewable_energy_in_Germany ) may be actually interested in developing alternative energy to become more energy independent so I will remain sceptical about these theories of collusion to suppress green energy...

Nobody ever mentions how much new technology costs on a short and long-term basis.   So I did some digging and all I could find was these interesting link that also mentions the safety hazard issue. From what I see it would cost about $30 a year to power your car with one f the batteries regardless of how many miles you drive. Crazy.

Newsflash... many things in our natural world radiate energy, the sun, stars, and 19 natural elements in our Earth - including Thorium (TH) which is a genuine gift from Mother Nature. FYI... Thorium is 100% natural and green because one pound of it can power and entire apartment building of 12 units for over 1 thousand years without requiring the burning of any fossil fuels, without emmiitting any emissions, without a carbon footprint, and without a negative impact on people, wild-life or the environment. I was talking about this new technology with my neighbor who used to do consulting for NASA when America used to throw crazy money at the space program, and he says NASA had these batteries on the drawing board back in 1999 but he never got to see one. He has no doubt they are now in use but thinks they will never be available to the public because of their high value to the military. What a shame.
 

It may be another 10-20 years before the government admits to this technology. We will probably see it working in a future war in some super tank or ??????  But we already know that they are using our own tax money in government programs to hide this stuff from us. The most shameful part of this whole thing is that we are paying the slaries of people who are hiding technology from us that we paid for!. Check this out and see if you don't want to strangle the next Congressman you see!

They're already off the drawing board, we won't see this until oil is all used up. There are thousands upon thousands of these things already built and more are always being made. Smaller models about the size of a propane tank can power several blocks and the larger ones can power a city. No point in using this now while money can still be made off of petroleum. What a shame :/
