Cherries have become known as a super fruit because of all of their natural health benefits. Family medical records show that cherry extract and concentrate has been used for centuries for inflammatory diseases such as gout and arthritis. Here are the recipes along with some information on cherries health benefits.

I don't like cherries. When they are on cake I remove all of them. I hope these recipes would increase my love for cherries.

How timely!  I got a Trader Joes gift certificate and finally used that Christmes present yesterday- purchases including tart cherry juice and a lot of dried Bing cherries.  Today I see the dried cherry recipe link.  I sure wish all life was like that: do not plan anything - and everything falls perfectly into place!

Thanks for that useful link.

Here is a recipe for dried scone mix in a mason jar (with a gluten-free option). I originally made it with dried cherries. It is quite yummy. I hope you will check it out.
