I have kitchen ceiling light on a 3-way switch. The switches have a neon blub that glows when the lights are off, so as to locate the switch in the dark. I replaced the incidesent bulbs (candlelabra style) with LED bulbs. The LEDs glow with the power off, and come up full brightness with power on. Is this a switch problem?
