Hi, just made it for lunch. Tried it, and it's totally worth recommending.

I made it without chilli, only pepper.

 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 onion
1 red pepper
2 tins tomato
handful of coriander
regular chili (quantity depending on spice tolerance!)

Method

Put all in food processor and blend.
Use as a dip with crackers or veg for a fat free diet snack or with lightly salted tortilla chips!
