Green Hotels

Environmentally conscious holidays were a big trend in the past, and still going where you actually can meet local people is somewhat of a treat. But if you need/want to go to a specific place green hotels are a good option.  If you are bound to travel for work it also can be an option. A list of relevant hotels is included in one of the links above.

I think having a green holiday would be a good option for anyone looking to live a green lifestyle. I can see why it is/was a good idea - I try to keep my C)2 emmissions low and travel mostly only domestically

More and more hotels are trying to minimise their carbon footprint which is fantastic. We've installed a biomass boiler into our 4 star hotel in the Lake District which has been a massive plus for us in terms of reducing our carbon footprint.
