The ocean energy is present in its waves, tides and the difference in water temperature.

Science has looked at this theory and came up with it is easier to manipulate air waves to generate power Look at solar power and wind power they rely on air waves and operate at peak performance at specific frequencies and man converts these frequencies or waves into the electrical grid system The ocean is to dense and heavy for man to manipulate The atmosphere is a mirror of the ocean and works in waves currents and flows pressure and heat variances drives this process.
