Disneynature’s OCEANS will be premiering just in time for Earth Day 2010 and if you see it the first week you can contribute to ocean conservation efforts. Plus, look at the images below - this is going to be a stunning film.
Last Earth Day (2009), Disneynature released the award winning movie Earth and this year not to be outdone, they’re showcasing the world's oceans in their new movie, appropriately titled OCEANS. The movie combines the latest underwater technologies and narration by earth-advocate Pierce Brosnan to offer families all over the world a peek into the depths. OCEANS will allow a glimpse of never before seen deep sea footage, along with a hearty dose of the harsh reality of life in the ocean and the amazing creatures that live there.
Last year Disneynature planted trees for everyone who saw the movie Earth during opening week. This year if you and your family see OCEANS during opening week (April 22-28, 2010) the Disneynature “See OCEANS, Save Oceans” initiative will make a contribution to The Nature Conservancy in order to help save coral reefs.
