Hey there John. Welcome to our community :) I'm not sure if you're looking for a specific green cleaner - i.e. bathroom, kitchen, what have you but I like to start with the least harmful products first which in my opinion are homemade green cleaners.
That said, not everyone has the time to make homemade cleaners (although honestly they're easy) so if you want to go with store bought cleaners I made up a list a while ago about what to look for when you purchase green cleaners. See How To Choose Store Bought Green Cleaners - mainly I pay attention to packaging, ingredients, and avoid anything that requires safety gear (like gloves, face mask, etc).
As for green cleaners made in the USA, that's a pretty big question. There are tons available if you live in the USA. I'd wager that 97% or so of the green cleaners we review here at EcoHuddle are made in the USA. You can check out reviews of green cleaning products here at EcoHuddle and also visit green cleaning company websites - most have contact info and if they don't I'd avoid them anyhow.
