Don't want your job to go overseas? 

İ would suggest a resolution to be the most productive possible at work. The employer doesn't owe you anything except for what you contribute. 

The jobs go where the returns are for the employers. 

How much CO2 would not be not be generated? The link provides some possible data from Utah - also a feel good thing about how wonderful 3 day weekends would be.

İ fail to understand how a 3 day week would really save all that much unless everyone promises to sit at home on the extra day off.
