Sometimes we all can stand a little nudge in the right direction, and that's where visually arresting ad campaigns can make a difference but what really motivates you to rise up out of your chair and get involved?

Please review these photos of previous and current environmental campaigns and share your perspective on what works and what doesn't...and more importantly "WHY?!?" http://www.greenwala.com/community/groups/all/32-Green-Branding-Marketing-Communications/topics/1111

Except for the model ads, I think WWF does a good balanced job with their ads. I hate the peta ads because they're just a little too extreme, which in my experience only makes current peta members feel good and happy with themselves, but doesn't win many new people over. I think an ad should be balanced and clever without alienating a bunch of people. There's a fine line.
