I could have sworn I posted this before...but I must have been halucinating.  In any case, here's a trailer from a documentary about Dr. Bronner.

Wow.  Very interesting.  I've always wondered about all the messages on the Dr. Bronner's bottles.  Sounds like he had some unique beliefs.  All I know is, I use Dr. Bronner's castille soap for ALL of my household cleaning.  I'll never use anything else.  It rocks!

We are taking necessary and dramatic steps in concert with the Organic Consumers Association “Coming Clean” Campaign, to clean up the natural personal care industry. Dr. Bronner would be rather incensed by the rampant organic fraud perpetrated by companies and brands that should know better, but pumped about how we are stepping up with his shoes to address the situation, just as he would have done.

This is a very good documentary. We saw it on Sundance, part of their Green programing, it may repeat. The Bronners soap is fantastic. I use it at home and camping/backpacking. W

That's very cool!  They don't have any current screenings listed but I'm hoping maybe I can rent it somewhere.

I'm having trouble finding good sources for this DVD. Anyone know where I can grab a copy or any chains that rent it?

 

I checked Netflix and it just says that I can "Save" it, but not download or actually add it to my queue...

It's available to purchase off their website - www.magicsoapbox.com  and will be available in the coming months on iTunes and Netflix. you can also buy a download on bside.com

 

But it is always slow going for indie films to get in with the big guys.
