With a surplus of apples, some people make applesauce or a few fruity crisps for their neighbors.

Too many tomatoes? Just cook up a massive pot of fresh pasta sauce and preportion it for future use.

Oh, but with a gaggle of giant jellyfish, recycling them into a couple of exotic sweet treats is where it's at in the Fukui prefecture of Japan.

They've certainly proven themselves to be resourceful...would you be willing to sample their recycled delicacies?
