Green or green-minded companies like Gaiam, Origins, The Arbor Day Foundation and Whole Foods all list general career pages that update when new jobs are available. Not just retail minded companies do this. Many eco-architect firms, tech companies, and so on post green jobs. Head to a company you're interested in and look for their company profile page or their specific career page.
If you like a company and they don't have a career page you can email them directly - usually it's good to try someone in HR (if they have an HR) or an individual in management.
You can network - here at EcoHuddle, at other green forums, with people you know, and so on. Often networking allows you to gain access to jobs not posted at job boards.
Green Drinks is a good social networking event for eco-minded folks. It's meant to be an informal, green, and FREE meet up of eco-friendly individuals that occurs monthly in various cities. Folks in academia, government, business, and lots of other people attend and anyone is welcome. There are Green Drink events in tons of cities all over the world. And if you can't find one near you the website offers advice about how to set up an event in your local area.
