Last weekend there was a special event for electric vehicles at the Laguna Seca race track.

That's very cool.  Sounds like Tesla probably did better there than in the Top Gear episode (although that was really not....real). Are you going to TTXGP too?

Great article and shows a different side which is of interest to many of us!

When they push the envelope many things are learned that will help with more mundane applications such as driving to work and back.

Yes, I went to the TTXGP (eGrandPrix) event in Ohio as well.  And there is an eGrandPrix private event tonight in San Francisco, which I'll also be attending.  No, I'm not officially affiliated with them, I just happen to love what they're doing and managed to wangle going attendance at tonight's event.  Which is.. the premier of the DVD from the Isle of Man race.
