EWG Introduces Healthy Home Tips for Parents!

I got this email today and wanted to share, I've checked the site out and it looks way cool :)

Dear Supporter,

We're excited to tell you about our new Healthy
Home Tips for Parents email series!

EWG's scientists and public health researchers recently created a list of the most important steps you can take at home to promote your family's environmental health. In our new Healthy Home email series, we'll focus on one tip a month from this priority list, along with the science behind it and suggestions for carrying it out. We'll start in June with choosing better personal care products. But first, you'll need to hop on our Greening the Planet for Kids' Health email group to receive this handy
series.

Get started today If you want to get started right away, you can download the 1-page tip sheet now from our For Parents web page (click here to visit).

And for an excellent overview of the health risks from common toxics in the home and how to minimize them, watch this informative video with EWG Senior Scientist Dr. Anila Jacob. It's an educational few minutes!

Spread the word: Tell a friend about EWG

If your friends and family are interested in green parenting for environmental health, please tell them about EWG so they, too, can get our trusted, useful information and tips for non-toxic living. Just click here to email your friends. Thank you for spreading the word!

Thank god we didn't have all this garbage when I was a kid or even when my kids were small.

We also didn't have the shysters (read lawyers) messing up everything like they do now.

I can't believe all the restrictions - no wonder people aren't as healthy any more. They haven't been exposed to life as it really is.
