New Green Living Site

Thread Starter

Hi Green Friends - I'm an MBA student at UCI and am trying to mobilize action around green living.  I'm excited that I get to combine my passion with a class assignment.  Please let me know if you have any favorite green products or general thoughts about http://greendog.amazonwebstore.com which is trying to promote green living.  All proceeds from the webstore go to solar energy projects in Africa through Global Giving.  Thanks!

Hey there! Check out this site : http://www.bewaterwise.com/index.html

It's a website about water conservation, especially in Southern California. Why I'm telling you about this site is because I feel water conservation is an important way to go green. Considering the water shortage faced by various parts of the world, I think it is very important that all of us make a conscious effort to save water. Without water there will be no life on Earth. This website not only discusses the problem but also gives various tips and suggestions to deal with water shortage. Let me know if you found it useful. Also, please promote the cause of water conservation by spreading the word around.

EcoAm I've tried Natures Gate and I like it. It helped get rid of my dandruff and my hair is shinier.

BeWaterWiseRep I like the water saving tips but there is one I could not find. My husband and I are looking to catch rain water to water our water garden as a way to conserve water, but we have no idea where to find free or inexpensive rain barrels. We can't afford the premade ones so we'd like to make out own. Any advice?
