Anyone heard of MEGA, a new EV company?

Appears MEGA is a European based company producing a car called the e-City Professional:

The maximum speed is 64 km/h that enables the drivers to keep up with the flow of traffic in more suburban areas.
Its vivacity, its automatic variator, its short turning circle makes its use in city centres very enjoyable. Its design and its standard equipment are comparable with those of the highest standard from conventional automobile manufacturers. Its range is enough to satisfy the majority of professional, inter site and urban journeys. A commercial version has been specially developed for a business use.

With the strong, environmental arguments (zero emissions, low noise pollution, almost 100% recyclable, respecting air quality) Mega e city is now available in the Mega professional network in all areas where it has an application... that is to say in all those companies that have adopted a progressive attitude towards the environment and who wish to promote and develop upon their image of being a responsible company.

It looks pretty basic, not exactly a Tesla.  But could be a decent low speed vehicle:

Ha, no it's not a Tesla, but I think it's better looking than Smart Cars which get garbage mileage anyway.

True SmartCars are less than impressive in terms of mileage (to put it kindly), but the top speed of the MEGA (~40 mph) is a bit disappointing as well.

Yeah, it's certainly not as versatile as some other EVs out there, but for a no frills around-town-car, it could be a solid option. Now we just need one that's highway speed.

I am not sure; but I think the Th!nk is fast enough.  Kept up on that company since it possibly will be built in Oregon as well as Norway.  Very plain but not bad.  Just started selling in Spain.

I've heard good things about the Th!nk City.  What else do you know about their company, counterstrike?  I haven't been keeping up to tabs with them as much as I should.

I joined an electric car group that is quite international (Electric A!d- a global network for electric car enthusiasts: http://electricaid.ning.com/) and any "fresh" news in the US is usually "yesterdays news"!  They have several videos of the Th!nk going through paces in snow and the Spain entry.

Norway seem to be having an EV "war"- 3 brands aand or course- financial, plans for plug-in Toyotas is being discussed, and very interesting links to a Flickr Th!nk pool (photos).

This website is not all about Th!nk!  Unfortunately I have not seen anything about US manufacturing.
