I found the best deal on biodegradable trash bags on the web.  Check out a company called PrideGreen.  They are found:

http://www.prs-online.com/products.asp?dept=120

This is the only company that allows to make a green choice for garbage bags but don't make you pay through the nose.  I also noticed that the bags are stronger than normal green bags.  I own a contstruction company and use thes bags on my job site.  They are even cheaper than non-green bags.

Right now if you go through Ebates you can get 10% cashback from your purchases at Puritan Pride (which is where I get my tea tree oil and several other items, they have great prices and great quality).

Just make sure you are signed into ebates and use their link to get to Puritan Pride. If you do that you automatically get the cashback credited to your account.

On top Puritan Pride almost always has buy one get one deals or even buy one get two deals, which makes the prices more then affordable all on their own.

PLUS if you use the coupon code TAE1050 you get $10 off any purchase of $50 or more.

So to give you an example of the savings you can get:

Went to Ebates and signed up for an account + $5.00

Clicked through on the Ebates Puritan Pride Link + 10%

I got Bought 3 bottles of Tea Tree Essential Oil @ b1g2, 3 bottles of Rosemary Essential Oil @ b1g2, 3 bottles of Avalon Rosemary Lotion @ b1g2, 3 Childrens Gummi Vitamens @ b1g2, 3 bottles of Vitamen E Oil @ b1g2, and 3 Alba Clear Deodorant Sticks @ b1g2. -$52.84

Shipping & Handling - $4.95

Used coupon code TAE1050 for $10 off $50 @ checkout +$10.00

52.84 + 4.95 = 57.79 -10 = 47.79 -5 = 42.79 - 4.28 = 38.51 ÷ 18 = 2.14

I spent an average of $2.14 an item after shipping! For the items I bought that is amazingly cheap, everything I bought is worth much more in the store!!! 2oz of Tea Tree Essential Oil medicinal grade for $2.14! WOW!

You can get FREE green products from Green Office Store to try with the ONLY cost to you being writing a review. How cool is that? Product freebies are limited and not guarenteed but you get a new chance each week!

The following is from FreeGreenCleaners.com

FreeGreenCleaners.com is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

That's it! You're all done & now you're eligible for the next round of reviews!

FreeGreenCleaners.com is concept developed by www.GreenOfficeStore.com as a way to promote our company and products. It is a simple innovative approach to help "spread the word" about our products and mission.

In exchange for the featured free product, we ask you to write a review of the product you received containing at least two links. One link to www.GreenOfficeStore.com and one to the particular product on our site.

You can post your review to your blog, myspace, a product review site, or anywhere you feel is appropriate. We do not set limits on the length or content other than it must relate to the product you received and it must contain at least two links back to us.

Sign up with FreeGreenCleaners.com today!

Skeptical? Worried about a scam? - Read on.....

** The is absolutely NO COST to you involved. For those who may see this as "too good to be true": We are able to do this because the cost of the products offered plus the cost of shipping is comparable to what we would have to pay someone to post web content for us. By working with Internet users like you, we feel we will be featured on a much wider variety of websites than any one marketing company typically would provide. Also, the people who visit your blogs, myspace or wherever you post, probably value your opinion. A good word from you about our site and product will carry more meaning than an advertisement we make up and post.

So, in a nutshell, we reach a much wider range of people, a much higher number of sites and receive many more back-links to our site for about the same cost of having it professionally done.

this one is admitidly iffy on how 'green' it is, but technically it is a greener practice then driving to the mail office and back to by stamps. So I decided to put it here instead of the anything goes forum

$45 free postage, free trial, free scale, free supplies kit and MORE

Disclaimer: This is just something I did a free trial of that was really convienent and didn't cost me anything and gave me free postage and a cheap scale for at home, plus made life easier for a few months while I got the service for free and as a mom of a toddler anything easier is welcome, so wanted to pass the tip on. This isn't my company, isn't spam, I'm not affiliated with it in any way except that it was a good deal and I wanted to pass the tip on.

I signed up with stamps.com from being lured by the promise of $25 free postage and a free 5lb scale or cheap 25lb scale. Man did they deliver!!! Now you can get $45 instead of $25, which makes me jealous ;)

I am going into my fourth month with them and am still gaining from this experience! Here's what I did so you know what to do too, I just got lucky stumbling on the answers, but this way you know for sure.

First go and sign up CLICK HERE and enter the promo code C-8JF6-BBW to get $45 free postage, free supplies kit, free five pound digital scale or discounted 25lb digital scale and a free 4 week trial.

No here's where you have to pay attention, I got the same promo as above but with only $25 free postage- so I can only tell you how mine worked, but it was probably the same as yours will be.

I signed up and ordered the discounted 25lb digital scale since I planned to use it for more then just mail (like making soap or measuring things out to cook) so I got that for the discounted cost of $50 with free shipping. I jumped at the offer since that's $25 cheaper then the cheapest stand alone 25lb digital scale I've ever found and ~$50 cheaper then most- I've wanted one for ages so this made the whole deal for me right there. They also have a FREE 5lb scale you can order instead, I just wanted the 25lb one. Then when you figure I got $5 usps free postage also that I would have bought anyways, it's really like I got the scale for $45 :)

I downloaded the software stamps.com uses to print postage off and got $5 free postage credited to my account and had 4 weeks free to use it in. They mailed me a free supplies kit that had labels, 2 sheets of blank stamps and 2 postcards in it. That came 2 days after I signed up, so plenty of time to print postage off with. I printed off some stamps, used the free $5 up and then called to cancel my account.

I talked to a Representative and they offered to lower my account status to the 'basic' package- which is not advertised but is only $9.99 a month. Those 2 postcards above were for $10 free postage each and you can submit one a month. You also get credited the 28¢ you spend sending the postcard back too, but make sure you keep some of the stamps.com blank stamps they sent you to use on the postcards, they aren't valid unless you use their postcard stamp printer as the postage to send the postcards. So that meant that I was actually getting 1¢ free a month in postage, that's not much, but hey- for the convenience of being able to print my own postage and labels at home and just stick them in my mailbox, I'll take it. I assume with the $45 free postage you will actually get 4 postcards, so will effectively get 5 free months instead of 3 like I did (and gain $5.04 instead of $5.02). But I mentioned the name of the basic package because you might have to ask specifically to be 'downgraded' to it.

So I decided to stay with them for another 2 months for the convenience and since it wasn't costing me a dime (and saving me a penny lol) Then I just called today to cancel my account since I have no more postcards to send and so starting the 15th it will be costing me $9.99 a month, instead of saving me 1¢. I talked to a very nice woman and just told her I wanted to cancel the account, that we'd decided the convenience just didn't out weight the cost and you know what she did? She waived my fee for next month AND credited me $5 in free postage!!! So I am getting another month for free and getting $5 postage for free!!! I specifically asked if that meant I was agreeing not to cancel next month and she said no, I also asked if the fee was just temporarily waived or permanently waived for next month (as in would I be charged the $10 at the end of the month or on the next month's bill in lue of being charged now, or if it was really a free month) she confirmed that it was really a free month and sent me an email with everything written out. So what could I say to that? I wasn't about to pass up being given $5 for free and getting to keep the convenience of printing and packaging my mail at home for free for another month.

So that's where I am now. I got off the phone with her and said to myself what a great deal this program has been for me, so of course my next thought was sharing it with everyone else :)

R Martin Electric EVD for $1999!  (Plus shipping of course, and you will have to assemble it yourself if you don't order through a local dealer)

Apparently they are trying to clear out all of their Lead-Acid stock and go to only the Lithium version so they have cut the price almost in half, pretty crazy.  I'm of course mad because I already own one from the full original price, in fact I probably still owe more on mine than you can buy one for now!

Yeah totally, that's almost half off the price I paid too.  Awesome deal for sure.  Though now that they're offering a lithium ion version, I'd rather own that one.  But still, can't beat that price.  That's cheaper than most electric scooters which have much lower top speeds.

EarthLED is lowering the prices on their EvoLux and their Zetalux bulbs!  This comes from an EarthLED press release:

Quote:
Advanced Lumonics, an early leader in the direct replacement LED lighting market through its EarthLED brand has announced new pricing for its popular EvoLux (TM) and ZetaLux (TM) LED light bulbs.

Since the introduction of the revolutionary EvoLux on EarthDay 2008, EarthLED has been lighting the way forward in the direct replacement LED lighting market with products that are not only leaders in terms of performance but also value. These attributes have allowed EvoLux and its sister product, ZetaLux to become some of the best selling LED Lighting products on the market. Thanks to increased production and lower component costs, Advanced Lumonics is announcing price decreases for EvoLux and ZetaLux to $49.99 and $39.99. These price reductions are a win-win for consumers looking to update their homes and businesses to LED technology while still allowing for payback times as little as one year.
