There were many culprits to the death of the GM EV, but I have to say GM decided to take back all that existed and crush them. Literally towed them away from people. Of course they were never on a lease to buy option, just a lease. Thought demand wasnt high.
Culprits were the California Air Emissions Authority, the White House, the Oil industry and the car makers. It was quite the show and it bothered me greatly, saying how could they do this.
After that I was to say *** GM on the bailout money, sit in your own pile of x that you made. And see ya to George W.!!
