I got this recently because it's relatively cheaper than other organic flour I have tried. So far I have made only bread with it and I am happy with the results. My husband also commented on the quality and taste of the bread. So, if you are trying to go organic with your bread, this is a cheap solution (a loaf of organic bread in the store is more than $5).
