I found this film to be both informative and balanced and not boring at all (for a documentary). It presented all factors in the picture (as far as I know) and it was actually stunning to me and my husband, because we did not know a lot of the details concerning the issue of the electric car. Overall, I think everyone interested in this issue should watch it.

Pros: fair, informative, well-made

This is a really good movie about why the GM EV1 was made and then destroyed.  It doesn't just blame the auto company or the oil companies, but goes through and examines all the possible culprits and determines if they're innocent or guilty, rendering a verdict at the end of the film.  Very intersting, informative, fair, and a very cool film.  I highly recommend it.
