We then went to our whole foods market and picked up the vanilla chai flavor. At first, it was hard to get down, but eventually it was fine. The vanilla chai's taste does not even compare to the berry, if all they had was berry I would never drink it again.
The taste that is hard for some people to get used to is the Stevia (a natural sugar substitute). I would describe any sugar substitute as tasting "empty".
If you are used to sugar substitutes such as stevia or splenda, you will be able to drink this no problem.
If you are curious to try this, I suggest you try one of the packets. After you try that packet and feel the nutrition flowing through you- try another packet a few days later. It only took me about 2 servings before I didn't notice the taste anymore, and i'm darn picky!
