Cons: Basically restricted to mixing with sweet stuff
VeeV acai spirit is sometimes thought of as a vodka replacement...sometimes as a liqueur. It's not really either. It's a clear spirit, made from wheat and flavored with acai, prickly pear, cactus, and cherry. And you can definitely taste that frutiness in it.
If you're going to drink it straight, it's not as "bad" as vodka. In fact, for those who aren't super keen on the alcohol-bite, it's actually pretty easy to drink (and on the whole, I'd put myself in that group...I'm not one for vodka on the rocks...). I prefer to drink it blended personally. But...you probably want to keep it limited to something sweet. That's where the VeeV flavors work best, I think. It'd be a little weird to use VeeV in your bloody mary. It's not terribly cheap (not by Karkov or Popov standards), but it's also not unreasonable. I'd certainly buy it again (and in fact, I just bought my second bottle a few days ago).
