Pros: Vegetarian source of DHA, don't notice the taste
Cons: It's hard to get through the bottle before the freshness date has passed, on the pricey side
My naturopath recommeded this oil to me when I told him I couldn't bring myself to take cod liver oil. Udo's DHA blend its the DHA from algae, so it is vegetarian- yay! I mix it into my yogurt, and as long as I don't add too much (I usually do about 1/2 TBSP per pottle), I can't even taste it.
