Pros: Very soft, made from bamboo, ecofriendly screen printing
This Pursuit of Harmony hoodie is by far my new favorite garment. It's incredibly warm and soft and yes, if a garment could be delicious, this one is. I like the style a lot. The neckline of the hoodie comes up higher when it's all zipped up so it keeps out more wind. The fit is also not too baggy, but not too tight either. I've certainly both worn this bad boy around the house and I've worn it out and about San Francisco too. Plus it's got the nice little Pursuit of Harmony graphic on the back and a little embroidery on the hood (but now I realize I haven't actually read what it says).
It's made from bamboo fiber and as the cloth tag says, "The Pursuit of Harmony is committed to souring and implementing eco-alternative to the traditional production of clothing. From sustainable and organic fibers and fabrics, to eco-friendly screen printing techniques, we are exploring every facet of production to reduce our planetary footprint." So that's definitely a plus.
The only thing is....I never thought I'd fork over $85 for a sweatshirt, and I got mine on sale! According to the tag, it was originally going for $165. Holy banana boats, that is not cheap. Neither is $85 but that's way better. In any case, I can't say I'll have these hoodies in every color available, but I'm glad I have the one.
