Pros: Organic, fat free, 10% dietary fiber, gluten free, tasty, crunchy but not too crunchy, thin, not too salty
Cons: You have to be kind of careful when you spread peanut butter on them or they could break in half
I like corn thins better than most rice cakes. Particularly because they're...well...thin. Taste wise, I suppose they're more or less the same. But I really like these Real Foods Organic Corn Thins. I'm currently (yes, right this very second) munching away on some Flax & Soy ones. So the pros...they're USDA organic, they're GMO free, fat free, gluten free. They're also not too salty but they have just enough sea salt to not be bland alone. I like to eat them with a bit of peanut butter but they'd probably also be quite tasty with hummus. The only thing is because they're thin, you do want to be a little gentle when you're spreading something on them (or have them down on a plate) because they can break. Not a huge deal, but then you're eating your corn thin in pieces. All in all, I think I'll need to move them off of my desk or I'll be tempted to eat a bunch of them.
