Pros: Looks pretty

Cons: "Crappy" design

I don't see how it can be a HET if you have to flush 4-5 times to get the bowl clear of debris, and it never has given a strong flush.

Yikes, that's definitely not good if you have to flush far more than one time! Really defeats the purpose of a low flow toilet.

i agree totally. we are having the same problem with ours. even after 3 or 4 flushes, there is always at least some toilet paper left in the bowl. the only way to get it to flush completely is to force it to overfill by holding down the floater mechanism. also, there is a LOT of water splashing. We are looking to see if there is a way to convert it back to a normal, flapper toilet. its causing a lot of issues.
