This company, unfortunately, is TERRIBLE. They do not check their messages often enough or they would have caught the urgency of a message I had sent. If they had answered it sooner and with better customer service, both the company and their new customer would have been happy. However, they responded late, and although they could have saved themselves and still made both sides happy, they chose not too. They are too lazy and difficult to have good customer service. This is terrible considering they are doing such good with their directive! It really is just cruel when you can't order good, pretty, earth-friendly products because THE COMPANY SUCKS! I just cannot get over how dissapointed I am with this company. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER, they will NOT help you!
