When I was prego, I went through a horrible period of pregnancy sickness. (I call it that because I had it at any given time of the day). Taking my morning showers proved to be really difficult because of my nausea. So I started popping one of these in my mouth and I was able to get through my shower w/ out getting sick. They worked pretty well, except for when I had severe nausea. I highly reccomend these for any pregnant woman experiencing pregnancy sickness.
