Pros: highly nutritious and flavorful

I was first introduced to hemp seeds at the 2007 SF Green Festival. They had hemp milk and hemp seeds for people to taste and my daughter and I loved them both. The hemp milk is quite rich so I can't drink too much of that at a time but the hemp seeds are much easier to put into my diet. I love to sprinkle them on my morning yogurt-fruit breakfast for some added Omega-3's. This is a whole food that is packed with high value nutrition that is anti-cancer and anti-free-radical. For anyone who is having arthritic symtoms, I swear by adding hemp seeds into your diet for some great health benefits.
