Overall this is very good. It makes compost without breaking your back (or violating your sense of smell). There is no odor if you balance it like they say and even they give you sawdust to accomplish that. I have recommended this to friends who have also purchased one. There customer service is fairly good and I have had the occasion to contact them once to understand if meat scraps can be safely composted (yes they can I was told because of the thermal temperatures inside the machine and I have done that and so far so good). One thing I can recommend is use the vacation mode if it dries out because if you don't add enough food to it on a regular basis then it will dry out after a few weeks.
