I bought these breastshield's to use with my Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast pump. They made all the difference in the world in the amount of milk I was expressing. The soft silicone is flexible, which provides a gentle massaging action. The only complaint is that they need to be replaced more often than the traditional breastshield's because the silicone eventually begins to buckle and that can cause loss of suction against the skin. But I still think it's worth it.
