Pros: quick to make, tasty
I just had my first Kashi frozen entre, and it was totally sufficient. You can't expect gourmet when you're eating freeze dried food, but it certainly can get much, much worse than this.
The chicken was tender and flavorful, as was the pasta. The vegetable weren't mushy like most other frozen dinners, so all in all, I was satisfied. They've also reduced their packaging (according to the label), but it's still quite a bit - a cardboard box, plastic dish, and plastic covering on the dish.
