Pros: Saves Money, Inexpensive, and Easy to Install
Cons: Got to get used to using flow control devices.
I started using the Instant-Off in October. I'd never used a flow-control device before, and I was dubious as to how well it would work. I've got to tell you, I'm impressed. The device is simple, easy to install, and saves me $10-20 per month on my water bill. I've got four kids who just couldn't figure out how to turn the faucet off in the bathroom, and this device solves that problem. It uses an anti-microbial Delrin rod to activate the water. You can also get the stainless steel model for the kitchen, which I highly recommend.
