Pros: healthy, quick, nutritious
Cons: bland

										
										
 this is a very healthy, easy alternative to canned [insert traditional canned soup brand here].  you microwave the soup in its own container -- thus creating no additional mess.  super quick.  very nutritious (except lots of sodium! 40% of daily value if you finish the whole thing).  real drawback is that it's so bland!  (i tried the black bean flavor).  luckily, i rounded out the meal with salt and vinegar chips (kettle), but otherwise it would've been pretty banal...
