 I love this chocolate. I have not tried the Mint version as of yet - I believe I had the 70% Cacao Bittersweet Dark bar... Fantastic. I am less and less a fan of super sweet chocolate and I definitely prefer dark to milk. The texture is as all chocolate bars should be: solid, not waxy, melts in your mouth. Definitely does the trick for those moments of craving.

I look forward to sampling different varieties of Green & Black. =)
