In his twenty-one-year career with the Conservancy, Chris has worked in science, stewardship, land protection, conservation planning, and community-based conservation. The Nature Conservancy is a conservation organization whose mission is to "preserve the plants, animals, and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive." He lives in Westport, NY.
