I recently had a bar of the Mint Chocolate.  It has a super nice, delicate crunch to it, and the flavor is awesome.  I haven't tried the other flavors, but I'll look forward to it as a treat another day.  Very quality chocolate that you can feel good about supporting/buying...

 

(Note: it is pretty expensive -- $4.25/bar.  This makes it lose a star, overall).  :(
