This tea is great.  Not only does it taste delicious but, it really does help you relax and ease pain and discomfort.  Even tired, achy muscles will feel more relaxed after drinking a cup of this tea.  It also helps curb those pesky monthly mood swings and gives you a greater sense of well being.
