Pros: Smells great and leaves hair smooth!

I'm new to the all natural/organic world. A friend of mine told me about this Shampoo so I bought it. I found it at Drugstore.com. My husband and I love it and we even use it on our children. I looked this shampoo up online before I bought it and found nothing but good reviews. Does anyone have any info about this shampoo? Is it as all natural as they say it is?
