Pros: 100% organic, vegan, smooth, biodegradable, smells great, more lip balm than most tins
Cons: If it melts in your pocket or in the sun, the texture may change. If so, just put it in the fridge for 30 minutes!

“ I ordered a few of these lip balms last week because it’s getting to be XC ski season, so i need all the skin protection help i can get. there’s been times i’ve rubbed lip balm on my cheeks (not sure if it helps). but this is really nice stuff. can’t wait for the snow. ” --jumbomike
“I could practically eat these. I get really excited about picking out which lip balm to use next. Adds joy to an otherwise dully day at times. It is really nice to be able to enjoy these products to the fullest. The tins are precious and can be recycled. They make for great gifts and I even used them as wedding favors. 100% natural and I believe certified organic as wel.” --
“This is my nighttime moisturizer. It is very rich without being waxy and the lavender scent is very relaxing. I put it on my lips before going to bed and my lips are very soft in the morning.” --eris
“I really love this lip balm. Before I started using it I was using Blistex Medicated. I liked the medicinal feel of the Blistex. However, I was always have to reappy it, and it really didn't make my lips feel healthy. The Burt's Bees lip balm is wonderful. It doesn't have a medicinal feel. Instead, it is soothing, provides the necessary moisture needed, and makes my lips...” --Jennifer
“I have about 5 different colors and I love them all. They claim to be sheer but really, they have pretty good pigment coverage, so they are closer to a lipstick. The pepermint oil provides a tingly, cool feeling on your lips which smells and tastes great too. They are great alone or mixed together for your own custom color. They are also great under the Burt's Bees Super Shiney Lip Gloss.” --
“My girlfriend had this lip balm a while back and it was really no good. By default I used it occassionally but of course I would get some on me when I kissed her. But it was really not my favorite at all because it was very waxy and felt like you had some weird layer on your lips that would just sit there. It smelled ok and cool that its vegan and made with organic ingredients. But I did not...” --nightmancometh
“I really love the Merry Hempsters natural organic lip balm. Purchased this at my local Whole Foods along with a vegan one for my wife. I have tried both and found them to be excellent at moisturizing and protecting my lips from the elements. My favorite was the peppermint lip balm. ” --EricS
“ Makes your lips feel moisturized and imparts a subtle flavor/scent. I have carrot and like the uni-sex quality of the smell although it is slightly sweet. At times it almost reminds me of carrot cake... but maybe it's just me. ” --sweetchartreuse
“So it's a whole 50 cents cheaper than Burt's Bees for the same quantity. Plus it's USDA certified organic. It goes on smoothly and has a really nice texture. I've only been using it for a week, but it's very moisturizing and has quickly become my favorite lip balm. I haven't tried the lemon lime, naked, or ginger kind, but the peppermint is fantastic.” --stins
