“I did a lot of reasearch before cosing this model. Just go to home improvement center and put your hand in the bowl past where you can see... 85% of them do not glaze the s-trap! I was looking for US made and would flush well. And I do not mean golf balls! I was so happy with this model I bought four of them and recommend it to everyone. Having an inner tank, there has been no summer...” --Energyman2009
“ We've just purchased this toilet on the recomendation of the sales people. Big mistake. Do you research, don't believe sales people. They clearly never bothered googling this model's reviews. Can't comment on installation, our contractor did it, but given the time it took, it probably wasn't fun, like most of the people are saying. The full flash doesn't flash the number 2 unless you use...” --Kot Matroskin
“Great toilet. My plumber took a few extra minutes figuring out how to install it, but it went in fine. I love the dual flush. By holding the button, it seems like you can increase the flushing time. This model needs a little extra help with the toilet brush, even after the longer flush, but if you don't mind that, it's a fine option for families who want to conserve water.” --greenheartanne
“I have reviewed this product for Brondell and love it. It is easy to hook up and the water conservation is a great concept. My family has taken on the idea of saving water and this is helping our efforts. “IÂ have one of these in my house, and have installed 3 others for family members. One of my coworkers has 2 in his house. IÂ am ordering another one today for my parents. It is a great toilet for the cost.” --ewansing
“First, I'll explain the four stars on installation. I've installed about a dozen toilets over the years. This one needed the ballcock removed in order to get the mounting bolt into the left side of it. (Better than having to remove the whole flush mechanism, adjust the handles, and various others I've had to do with a no-name brand, worse than spin-the-nuts-on of a Crane Radcliffe...” --jiquay
“Excellent product. Uses a new method of mounting toilet to flange. This system appears more leak-proof than standard flange-wax-bowl method. This method also allows same toilet to be used on 10 or 12 inch rough installations. www.caromausa.com/Sydney-270-EH-Elongated The Caroma Sydney Smartâ„¢ range of high efficiency toilets (HETs) adds contemporary style and water conservation to any bathroom....” --
